FREE Introductory 6 Week Schools Taster Program

Introducing our brand new FREE 6 week introductory program for schools!

The program includes a minimum 1 hour training session per week for 6 weeks. During training, you will be coached in your chosen discipline by our very experienced and qualified team of coaches (see the coaches page for more information). Training will take place at the RS Kingsway gym where there will be multiple floors (sprung and matted) and a tumble and air track available for use.

You may choose one of the following disciplines for you introductory program:
ALLSTAR CHEER AND TUMBLING - Wednesdays 8:00pm - 9:00pm
Training in all aspects of a competitive, high energy cheer routine; stunts, pyramids, basket tosses, jumps, tumbling and dance. The class will also teach beginners tumbling in which you will begin to learn how to perform gymnastic feats such as cartwheels, rolls and somersaults without the use of apparatus.
 JAZZ (DANCE) – Wednesdays 6:00pm - 7:30pm
 A mixture of ballet technique, contemporary, lyrical and modern style dance.
HIP HOP (DANCE) – Wednesdays 7:30pm - 9:00pm
A variety of street and hip hop styles blended into one routine.

Look out for Rising Stars posters around your school, these will have a unqiue code for each school which you will need to enter during registration.
